How long will my order take to be delivered?
All delivery timescales can be found on our product pages, just below the 'add to cart button'. You will be contacted within 24 hours by phone with a confirmation of the lead time.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver our products to our customers across mainland UK. These products will be delivered by a one man delivery company. This means the courier can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address, if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only. How much is the delivery?
Our delivery is free to mainland UK. We offer additional services such as room of choice delivery, assembly service and removal of old bed & mattress for an additional cost. Please contact us on the web chat to find out more.

Can I delay my delivery?
Yes, this is common for people who are decorating or moving into a new house but don’t want to miss out on a sale. You can place your order and a member of staff will be in touch with you within 24 hours to confirm your order or whether you wish to delay your delivery. We will then put your delivery on hold until you get in touch with us to arrange a delivery date.
