Yes we do, delivery is free and having learned from experience, we do NOT use mainstream, national couriers for the majority of our items. We use an independent, specialist logistics partner, who takes far greater care in handling goods.
All products supplied by Newcastle Beds is covered by a 12 months manufacture warranty. We do provide an extended warranty service up to 5 years covering
Stains, Accidental Damage, Structural. If you wish to extend your warranty please contact once you have placed your order.
Yes we offer assembly however this optional upgrade must be booked in advance.

We are able to keep hold of your bed for as long as you need. What you need to do is in the note section upon checkout leave your delivery instructions and we can get this all arranged for you. Please note we do need at least 3-4 weeks notice prior to your preferred delivery date. We can’t guarantee we will be able to deliver on the specified date however we will do our best to accommodate you!

At the moment delivery is to mainland UK, Wales and Scotland.
Yes however we do request a small upfront payment to secure the order which is available on checkout. Just add to cart and select Pay On Delivery on Checkout.
