Lead times vary by product, as most of our beds are handmade to order. You’ll find the lead time on each product page, under the Add to basket button, and we’ll call you within 24 hours of your order to confirm it.

Delivery is free to mainland UK. 2-person delivery, room-of-choice delivery, assembly and removal of your old bed are available for an extra charge – just ask when you order. See our delivery & returns page for details.

Yes. If you’re decorating or moving house, tell us when we call to confirm your order and we’ll hold it until you’re ready for delivery.

Standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they’re new, unused and in their original packaging. Made-to-order beds can’t be returned for a change of mind once production has started. How to make a return.
